About Iasi

Iasi is one of the largest cities in Romania, with around 300,000 inhabitants, and is located in North Eastern Romania (coordinates: 47 ° 9’44” N, 27 ° 35’20” E). It is an old and charming city, with a lively cultural scene and a vibrant student life. Founded in 1860, “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi is the oldest institution of higher education in Romania.
